About Wool Pilling

Pilling on wool coats is a natural characteristic of the fabric, not a quality defect. Wool fibers are relatively fluffy; when surface fibers rub against each other or rough surfaces, they can clump into small balls. These can be easily removed with a fabric pill remover.
